Buena atención de los recepcionistas, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Si lo recomiendo. Hay ruidos de noche.

Excelente atención en recepción, instalaciones limpias, agradable estancia, el personal es muy atento, sugieren lugares a visitar, por lo céntrico, es elegido por viajeros internacionales . Se encuentra a unos pasos de la Terminal ADO y de una base de camionetas Van, las cuales tienen sus rutas a lugares turísticos cercanos.
They were really friendly. They helped us with every question and the room was cleaned every day. After 4 days they gave us an upgrade and we got a bigger room. It was the low season. We don't needed to pay more for a bigger room. Reception 24 hours, so you have always somebody who help you by questions. Also the area is good and not dangerous :) all that for a low price. Perfect!

El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Te ayudan sobre dudas que tengas en cómo moverte por la ciudad y demás. Son muy amigables. La ubicación también es muy buena, está en una avenida principal y muy cerca de la central ADO. Las habitaciones son lindas y cómodas. El único detalle para mí fue la acústica. Todo lo que pasaba fuera se escuchaba en la habitación y era difícil tener una noche tranquila. Pero fuera de eso, todo fue perfecto.
Posada Ruta Maya. Esta ubicado en la avenida principal de Tulum, a media y cuadra de la Terminal de Ómnibus ADO. Tiene el estilo de un Hostel pero con habitaciones privadas y con baño privado. No hay cocina y tampoco ofrece desayuno. Es cómodo para ir a dormir y nada más. La idea es pasear y conocer lo más posible.
Muy lindo hotel, la ubicación excelente a media cuadra de la terminal y sobre la avenida principal. Lo malo es q durante el día se quedan con poca o directamente sin agua.
